All patent attorneys have a degree in natural sciences and law and, thanks to this dual qualification, are able to analyze complex technical issues, understand technical inventions and successfully carry out the related patent proceedings for you before the patent offices and courts. This of course also applies to utility models, trademarks and designs.
We represent our clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the European Patent Office (EPA), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
